Due to a sharp rise in missed appointments we have had to introduce deposits. Missed appointed can have a big effect on a small family run company, such as ours.
In order to offer the best service possible and ensure our customers get the earliest convenient date.
A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of booking, with the balance due on completion.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, online & over the phone by debit/credit card.
The balance is payable on completion and is also to be made by bank transfer or debit/credit card, we are a cashless company and do not accept cash.
Cancellations with 5 or more days notice will have your deposit refunded.
Cancellations with 2 or more days notice will have your deposit refunded, minus £25.
Cancellations with less than 2 days notice will have none of your deposit refunded.
